Object: These terms govern the sale of Dietary Supplements by NH BOTANICS. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

Payment Method (Cash on Delivery): We exclusively use Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment must be made in cash (DZD) directly to the delivery agent at the moment of reception.

Order Validation: All orders are subject to a confirmation phone call by our team. Without verbal confirmation, the order will not be processed or shipped.

Delivery & Inspection: The customer is required to inspect the product and the security seal in the presence of the delivery agent.

• If the product is damaged or incorrect, you must refuse it immediately.

• Once the package is accepted and paid for, no returns or refunds will be processed due to hygiene and safety reasons.

تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام عمليات بيع وشراء كافة المكملات الغذائية عبر هذا الموقع الإلكتروني  بمجرد تقديم طلبكم، فإنكم توافقون على الالتزام بهذه الشروط 

 

طريقة الدفع (الدفع عند الاستلام): نحن نتعامل حصرياً بنظام الدفع عند الاستلام. يتم دفع المبلغ نقداً (بالدينار الجزائري) مباشرة لعامل التوصيل عند استلام الطلب

 تأكيد الطلب: تخضع جميع الطلبات لمكالمة هاتفية لتأكيد الطلب من قبل فريقنا. لن يتم معالجة الطلب أو شحنه بدون تأكيد شفهي

 التسليم والفحص: يُطلب من الزبون فحص المنتج وختم الأمان بحضور عامل التوصيل

إذا كان المنتج تالفاً أو غير مطابق، يجب رفضه فوراً

بمجرد قبول الطرد والدفع، لا يتم قبول أي عمليات إرجاع أو استرداد لأسباب تتعلق بالصحة والنظافة

 إخلاء مسؤولية طبية: منتجاتنا هي مكملات غذائية ولا تعوض الاستشارة الطبية المهنية. استشر الطبيب قبل الاستخدام، خاصة إذا كنت تعاني من حالة طبية أو كنتِ حاملاً
