Shipping policy

Order Confirmation (Mandatory) After placing your order, our customer service team will call you within 24 hours to confirm your details and availability. No package will be shipped without this verbal confirmation.

Delivery Times: We deliver across 58 Wilayas. Once confirmed, delivery times are usually:

Algiers & surroundings: 24 to 48 hours.

Other Northern Wilayas: 2 to 5 business days.

Southern Wilayas: 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Since we use Cash on Delivery (COD), you will pay the total amount (Product price + Shipping fee) to the delivery agent.

Inspection upon Delivery: For safety reasons related to Dietary Supplements, you must inspect your package in the presence of the delivery agent. If the product is damaged, please refuse the delivery immediately.

الجزائر العاصمة وضواحيها: 24 إلى 48 ساعة

ولايات الشمال الأخرى: من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل

ولايات الجنوب: من 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل

مصاريف الشحن: يتم حساب التكاليف عند الدفع. بما أننا نعتمد نظام الدفع عند الاستلام، ستدفع المبلغ الإجمالي (سعر المنتج + الشحن) لعامل التوصيل.

الفحص عند الاستلام: لأسباب تتعلق بسلامة المكملات الغذائية، يجب فحص الطرد بحضور عامل التوصيل. إذا كان المنتج تالفاً، يرجى رفض الاستلام فوراً
