Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products (Dietary Supplements) and for hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or refunds are accepted once the delivery agent has left.

Mandatory Verification: You are required to inspect the product (seal, bottle condition) in the presence of the delivery agent.

Immediate Decision: You must either accept the product and pay, or refuse it immediately if it is damaged or incorrect. Once the package is accepted and the delivery agent leaves, no claims will be considered.

 نظراً لطبيعة منتجاتنا (مكملات غذائية) ولأسباب تتعلق بالصحة والسلامة، لا نقبل الإرجاع أو الاسترداد بمجرد مغادرة عامل التوصيل

 الفحص الإلزامي: يجب عليكم فحص المنتج (ختم الأمان، حالة القارورة) بحضور عامل التوصيل

قرار فوري: يجب عليكم إما قبول المنتج والدفع، أو رفضه فوراً إذا كان تالفاً أو غير مطابق لطلبكم.    بمجرد قبول الطرد ومغادرة عامل التوصيل، لن يتم قبول أي شكاوى أو عمليات إرجاع
